Character History
Felicia is similar to my character Morgana Black, a Ventrue vampire who is also a stage magician / hypnotist. This is not an accident. At the Chicago Comic Con, I asked an artist who had done some vampire artwork for White Wolf, to draw for me a picture of Morgana. He dawdled for two days without producing what I had asked for. Instead, he gave me something that he had been working on, which was quite good but not what I had in mind. Instead, I decided to use it to create a new character to test out the Mage character generation rules. Felicia is the result.
