Celia is a female Ebony Elf Pegasus Bard, Wizard and Archmage of the Ravenwing clan. She can use Universal, Elf, Pegasus, Wizard, Ravenwing and Mastery cards. She is also a Ring Ritual master. She has the trait Magical Aptitude and should have the Alluring trait as well. She also has the Clumsy and Fastidious Flaws.

Attire: Flashy, revealing, eye-catching entertainer’s garb.
Description: Utterly and thoroughly charming, the center of attention, that’s how Celia likes it. She always wears extravagant clothing that attracts attention and shows off her beauty. One constant about her clothing: they are always cut low across the back so as to accommodate her wings when the transforms into her Winged Elf form. Not that her singing and dancing isn’t bad, either, actually as a trained Bard it is very good indeed.
Possessions: Harp (carried in her pack when not performing), spare clothes, a Wizard’s Spellbook, a Lightglobe, and several magic rings of her own manufacture. She does not carry any obvious weapons: her spellcasting abilities are more potent than any physical weapon she could carry. She does carry a minor artifact, a Crystal Dagger, but that is for its protective abilities more than an actual weapon.
